2 tbsp. Celia's Tuscan Herb Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette
1 16 oz. can corn
1 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 bunch scallions, sliced thin
2 tbsp. Celia's Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegar
Heat frying pan and add the vinaigrette. Add corn and sauté 2 mins. Add tomatoes and salt to taste. Add scallions and sauté 2 mins. Mix in Balsamic Vinegar and serve
